Your privacy is very important to us at Streamflashlights.com™. We will not rent or sell your personal information to anyone. Your monetary transactions are gathered via a "secure" (encrypted) connection, using the latest web technology to ensure your privacy and safety.

Shipping Policy

We do our best to ship your order within 48 hours. However, sometimes we might not have an item in stock. Out of stock items can take up to 15 business days to be delivered. If an item is out of stock, we will call or email you as quickly as possible.
It is your responsibility to provide a shipping address that will ensure delivery. If the UPS or Priority Mail tracking information shows that your items have been delivered we will consider the order completed.

Return Policy

If, due to a manufacturer defect, the product you purchased from Streamflashlights.com™ is defective return it within 30 days from the original invoice date for a replacement or credit towards another item. Just contact us for a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number, pack the item in its original packaging, and include a copy of the receipt and instructions as to whether you want a replacement or credit.

If you wish to return an item you've purchased because you ordered the wrong item, didn't like the color, or just plain don't want it a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be charged to re-stock the item. The item MUST be in the condition it arrived in, re-packed in its original packaging with all materials included in re-sellable condition, and shipped back to us at your expense.
